The roof was built to withstand 200 mph wind uplift, meets ASTM Peel-off Adhesion testing standards of at least 350psi, and is a high reflectivity Energy Star-qualifying white to keep the roof deck from over-heating, and cause a reduction in cooling loads and improved energy efficiency.
